Frozen Juice System. Designed to take 3000 gallons per hour of frozen orange juice (0 degrees F), melt, grind, and liquefy it to a pumpable stage of 34 °F. A 400 Gallon Double Jacketed, Sloped-Bottom Stainless Steel Tank mixes and blends product with a (4) paddle agitator. Agitator blades are 11-1/2 in. L x 4 in. W. A 5 hp Lincoln AC Motor in conjunction with a Winsmith Speed Reducer, with a final rpm of 58.16, provide the power to rotate the agitator. A 9 in. L x 2 in.
