Capacity is determined by the slice thickness and type of product. For example, root vegetables with yield 3,000 lbs/hr (approx.) for each 1/16 in. of slice thickness, 12,000 lbs/hr (approx.) for 1/4 in. cuts, and 24,000 lbs/hr (approx.) for 1/2 in. slices.
