1999 Multi-Fill 4-Pocket Product Distribution System. Model: MPFD-060-4. S/N: 271-1. Capacity: Distributes up to 6750 lbs of cooked pasta per hour (maximum output depends on machine set up, product, volume, container design and container speed). The MPFSD distribution system was designed to distribute small dimensioned products, cut vegetables, hard to fill products such as spaghetti, and rice type products. The system mounts over four vertical pipes and is timed to discharge when the baggers are ready and in the correct operating position. Product is fed to the product fill tube in the distribution head. The deposit is measured in the guide pocket, dropped in to the first transfer block, dropped in the second set of transfer blocks, moved to the discharge position and discharged.
