The 2nd effect is an APV R86 Plate. . It is a painted carbon steel frame with 316 SS plates and product contact surfaces. This system is equipped with a legal Pasteurizer for a preheating system and a Thermocompressor that increases the overall steam efficiency to 3 to 1. It is equipped with a shell and tube surface condenser and a 2 stage flash cooling system This system was originally designed to concentrate dairy products to high solids. This system will be ideal for heat sensitive food grade products going to high concentrations
